He is Professional Services Manager with IPv6Now Pty Ltd and CEO of Asia Pacific Networx. Michael is President and Founder of the IPv6 Forum in Australia and is presently acting as Chair of the Asia Pacific IPv6 Task Force.
IPv6Now is an accredited IPv6 Transition Authority and is actively involved in IPv6 strategic network planning, training and consultancy. Michael is a Gold Certified IPv6 Forum Network Engineer.

He is currently a Professor in the Electronic Engineering Department at Tsinghua University, Beijing, China. His research activities and interests include statistical signal processing, multimedia communication and compute networks.
He is deputy director of China Education and Research Network (CERNET) Center, working on the design and operation of the CERNET and China Next Generation Internet (CNGI-CERNET2) projects. He is also the project director of TEIN3 NOC. He is co-Chair of CCIRN.

Kevin Yin has 22 year experience in telecommunication and networking industry. He started his industry career as a Software Developer in Motorola Corp U.S.A and the Development Manager in Network General Corp U.S.A. Prior to joining Cisco, he was a Senior Staff Member of Bell lab at Lucent Technology U.S.A.
He has been working in network architecture design, signaling and protocols development, such as IPTV and IP NGN as well as in areas of IPv6, IP mobility, IP security, Cloud Computing & distributed multimedia system and Internet of Things.

Mr. Walter Fung's role focuses on IP transit wholesale services for regional carriers and ISPs, private network product development for enterprises, as well as local internet services.
He also leads the initiative of fostering IPv6 development in the region and works closely with the Asia Pacific Network Information Centre (APNIC), the Internet Society Hong Kong (ISOC HK) and the Hong Kong Internet eXchange (HKIX).

Charles is also the Honorary President of the Hong Kong Information Technology Federation (HKITF) and Vice Chairman of the Digital Information and Telecommunications Committee of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce. He was also a past chairman and a co-founder of the Hong Kong Internet Service Providers Association (HKISPA), and a founding member of the organizing committee of Creative Commons Hong Kong, and former chairman of the Health Information Technology Special Interest Division of the Hong Kong Computer Society.
